“Before I had a few doubts about the environmental care performed in Yanacocha. After this tour, I was able to confirm the adequate considerations to respect the environment and act in an ecologic way are being respected. Mining is one of the main activities in Peru. We hope the new government does not interfere in topics regarding mining, because this activity is generating a big budget for the country”.
